Problems and how you look at them

We returned about this time several years ago from a furlough to find out that we had one family attending on Sundays. You can imagine how disheartening it was.

This time we come back to find out that there are some minor issues in the church that need to be dealt with: the Mongolian man leading songs forgot to pray to open the service, some families are not controlling their children during the church service, or someone forgot to clean this week. We are tempted to be frustrated by these problems. But I told myself, think of it this way: all these issues mean that people are coming, Mongolians are taking over responsibilities that we once took. These are great problems to have.

Now if we could only have the problem of not having enough space. That would be a good problem to have.
