Deans' weekly update

You all have been so faithful to pray for us, and we are grateful for your thoughtfulness. Your prayers are an important part of our ministry in Mongolia. Keep praying for us as we wind up our affairs in Mongolia and re-establish ourselves in your part of the world. It is hard to believe but three weeks from the time you read this, we should be in Oregon once again.

God blessed us again this past week with a reasonably good turn-out both in the morning & evening. The Pattersons are back, Ganpurev is growing into his position as pastor, another translator recently joined the translation team, and people keep asking us what we have for sale (but more on that another time).

This week we would ask you to pray that we can find the most efficient and cost-effective way to ship some of our books, valuables, and sentimental items back to Oregon. I have contacted several companies. One company wants to ship it to Seattle. One company has offered to ship it by air—you can imagine the cost. So pray for the right company and right time to ship our items.
